These vlogs are done very, very fast. A few hours at most because I am busy.
They’re an exercise, not an event. I’m warming up. After a few more I’ll take a week or two and compete.

So give up so much that you’re not even scared about not knowing what will emerge in the old frameworks place.

I promise you that three years ago I could not touch my toes. I couldn’t do a lot of things I can do now. I can’t do a lot of things I could do then.

I’m getting pimples on my chin and cheeks because
I stopped taking oral contraception.

MY BROTHER, DEVON LARRATT, JUST WON THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN ARM WRESTLING. He destroyed John Brzenk, who has held first place for decades. They’re making a movie about the loser. Woops.
DEVON LARRATT IS THE BEST ARM WRESTLER IN THE WORLD.
I’m happier to know him than be me right now! At least I have a little of his DNA in me though, so that makes me feel better.
I am so proud I could run through walls and jump through ceilings!
