You are you. But try not trying to be you.

You can’t create yourself because you’re already here.

And if you do try you’ll end up a shell, incapable of surviving, unable to muster up even the smallest bit of self assertion and defense.

So give up so much that you’re not even scared about not knowing what will emerge in the old frameworks place.

Go get it off.

  2. Thanks. I almost used him in this vlog instead of Bukowski but Bukowski is just so damn cool. And drunk. I picked up your copy of “You Get So Alone” at the farm a while back. I use to have my own but left it in Montreal when I moved to San Fransisco. It was the first book of poetry I ever purchased and now I have it in my hands once again. I was also in Montreal when I began my relationship with Alan Watts. He helped me too.

    I’m awareness. I’m the space that allows my body, my thoughts, my feelings, emotions, desires, to arise. I’m consciousness.
