I promise you that three years ago I could not touch my toes. I couldn’t do a lot of things I can do now. I can’t do a lot of things I could do then.

  1. My lesson for the week, the past doesn’t equal the future. After a late Saturday nite out dancing I didn’t have the energy for yoga this morning result, I felt an internal conflict, so I slept in.

    I will remember to breathe through my yoga practice this afternoon. My Bikram yoga teacher encourages us “to be good to ourselves” and “to be gentle with ourselves”.
    It’s not like she cares.

  4. every time I watch one of yr vlogs I feel the need to bite people or touch my swiming suit area just a little…

    but seeing since this is a public space I have to temper what I say becasue sometimes what the comumity does have to say has nothing to do with me directly but it still does piss me off… and guess what I still like myself as I have always. People need to give me some elbow room. watch the DJ huracain video about the same subject… That song did change my life so did most of the music my eldest brother turned me on too… and all the stupid shit my sister forced me to sing along with… when I met you most of that section of my brain had been filled and I needed to get rid of the excessive shit in my head to find some room for you…. Sorry fucking K-rockers yr station is for wankers who want to relive something that had sucked since the middle 1960’s. Check the “Esquire” mag and discover that the 1990’s were the Koolest times in that last 75 years… hahahahhahahahahah. Hippies and all the baby boomes ahahhahhahahahahahhahahha…. hahahahhaha
