I want to show you how beautiful I see you to be so that when the sky is not the sky but black construction paper packed and stacked until gravity does not work that top sheet, the carpet in our house, will lift up and up and up and all together we’ll remember always and forever.

I’m an artist and a healer – an artist healer, a healing artist – boundaries here are just so tricky for me now.

I grew up a competitive equestrian, performing violinist, and gifted academic aggressively pursuing a career in astrophysics and neuroscience. During my undergraduate degree I took a life changing life drawing class that introduced me to a beautiful world in which I felt a vulnerable baby but ultimately in awe and awakened for new growth and so, switched my major to Film. During my Directorial Honours Thesis I found Yoga and knew that now the camera must shoot inward. I traveled to California for Bikram Yoga teacher training and after teaching for several years, practicing being a body instead of seeing other bodies, I was led to study environmental and jewelry design, various energetic healing modalities, Chi Gong, Anusara Yoga, and all things mystical.  I am currently breathing deeply in Toronto being a Reiki infused transformer and realizing that making videos still has a sweet home in my heart – all with a rooted fire inside that I have never felt before. I don’t want to know what any of it means except that everything changes in the way that makes me Love the most.

My long term goal is to open a retreat center for TRUE healing-to-wholeness, incorporating it all, where I grew up in Prince Edward County.
